關(guān)于舉行深圳市光明新區(qū)廣深港客運(yùn)專線光明站周邊地區(qū)城市設(shè)計(jì)方案國(guó)際咨詢活動(dòng)并全球公開邀請(qǐng)應(yīng)征設(shè)計(jì)單位的公告
Notice on Holding International Consultation on Design Scheme for Urban Area around Guangming Station of Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Passenger Special Line in Guangming District Shenzhen Municipality & Global Invitation of Design Institutes
廣深港客運(yùn)專線鐵路連接廣州、深圳和香港，光明站周邊地區(qū)高起點(diǎn)、高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、高質(zhì)量、高品味規(guī)劃建設(shè)，對(duì)提升光明新區(qū)形象，推動(dòng)光明跨越式發(fā)展，擴(kuò)大光明新區(qū)的影響力，帶動(dòng)和輻射力至關(guān)重要。為此，深圳市規(guī)劃和國(guó)土資源委員會(huì)光明管理局決定開展《深圳市光明新區(qū)廣深港客運(yùn)專線光明站周邊地區(qū)城市設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際咨詢活動(dòng)》，由于本次咨詢活動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)有限，為了保證咨詢活動(dòng)有序、有為，本次咨詢活動(dòng)采用邀標(biāo)+開放式征集的組織方式。經(jīng)過廣泛的調(diào)查摸底和專家綜合評(píng)選，并報(bào)光明新區(qū)管委會(huì)批準(zhǔn)，選定中建國(guó)際（深圳）建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司、中國(guó)城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)研究院深圳分院、深圳市筑博工程設(shè)計(jì)有限公司、德杰盟工程技術(shù)（北京）有限公司、維思平聯(lián)合國(guó)際建筑設(shè)計(jì)咨詢（北京）有限公司、深圳市歐博設(shè)計(jì)有限公司等六家單位為邀標(biāo)單位。但許多有良好業(yè)績(jī)和良好素質(zhì)的設(shè)計(jì)單位可能沒有被邀請(qǐng)，為征集優(yōu)秀的城市設(shè)計(jì)方案，特向社會(huì)公開征集優(yōu)秀的設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)參與本次咨詢活動(dòng)，主辦方將從報(bào)名單位中再挑選不超過10家單位參與咨詢活動(dòng)，但不支付設(shè)計(jì)成本補(bǔ)償費(fèi)。
The high starting point, high standard, high-quality and high grade planning and construction of areas in the surrounding of Guangming Station of Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Passenger Special Line are of great importance for promoting the image of Guangming New District, advancing its frog-leaped development, expanding its influence, radiation and driving force. As a consequence, Shenzhen Urban Planning and Land Resources Committee Guangming Management Bureau decides to hold this International Consultation on Design Scheme for Urban Area around Guangming Station of Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Passenger Special Line in Guangming District Shenzhen Municipality. Considering the limited funds for this consultation, Invitation to bid and public sign-up are applied for this international consultation to ensure the orderly and successful consultation. Through wide investigation and comprehensive expert appraisal and the approval of Guangming New District Management Committee, the following 6 institutes - China Construction Design International (Shenzhen), China Academy of Urban Planning & Design Shenzhen Branch, Zhubo Architectural & Engineering Design Co., Ltd., J.S.K SIAT International Architeckten und Ingenieure GmbH (Beijing), WSP Architectural Design Consulting Co., Ltd. and Aube Architecture Design (France) Co., Ltd.- are invited for bidding. To collect outstanding city design schemes, this consultation is specially organized to invite distinguished design teams. However, many design institutes with excellent performance and qualification may not be invited. Therefore, the organizer will select no more than 10 institutes from the registered ones, without design compensation cost paid.
有意參與本次咨詢活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)，請(qǐng)?zhí)顚憟?bào)名表（詳見附件2）于北京時(shí)間2010年3月15日17：00點(diǎn)前，以E-mail或傳真方式告知我們。
Design institutes intending to participate in this consultation are expected to fill in the application form (see Appendix 2 for details) before 17:00 on March 15, 2010(Beijing time) or notify us by E-mail or fax.
