The candidate’s responsibilities will be as follows: · Design development based on UK conceptual design under project leader’s supervision · Co-ordination/liaison with local practice · Assist project leader in managing day to day design · Assist project leader in drawing production The candidate should have the following skills and qualifications: · Well-developed design skills · Bachelor Degree in Architecture as a minimum(Full Time) · Minimum 5 years’ experience in architectural design industry · Minimum 2 years’ experience on completing major projects. · Good knowledge of Chinese planning and building control systems/ procedures · Good technical knowledge · Good knowledge of Chinese building and planning regulations · Good communication skills and ability to communicate both in Chinese and English · Work experience in a reputable major local practice is preferred · International education is preferred · National Class 1 Registered Architect is preferred · International work experience is preferred · Residential project experience is preferred · Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup and Microsoft Office 項目建筑師 項目建筑師將配合PRP中國技術(shù)總監(jiān)完成以下工作： · 配合技術(shù)總監(jiān)深化落實英國概念設(shè)計 · 負責(zé)與中國本土設(shè)計院配合協(xié)調(diào) · 配合技術(shù)總監(jiān)完成日常設(shè)計工作 · 配合技術(shù)總監(jiān)完成繪圖工作 候選人應(yīng)滿足以下條件： · 擁有較強的設(shè)計能力 · 國內(nèi)外知名院校建筑學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷（全日制） · 至少5年以上建筑設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗 · 至少2年以上項目全過程經(jīng)驗 · 熟悉中國規(guī)劃報批流程 · 優(yōu)秀的施工圖經(jīng)驗 · 熟悉中國的建筑設(shè)計和規(guī)劃規(guī)范 · 良好的中英文溝通能力 · 有國內(nèi)大院工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先 · 擁有海外教育背景者優(yōu)先 · 擁有海外工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先 · 國家一級注冊建筑師優(yōu)先 · 擁有住宅類項目經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先 · 熟悉AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup 和 Microsoft Office 2、Architectural Assistant The candidate will be acting as an architectural assistant for our new Shanghai office and will report to the Project Leader of PRP Architects China.
