Foreign Architect
外籍建筑師
1. Passionate for architectural design. Major in Architecture, Bachelor degree or above the one with overseas education backgrounds.
2. Over 4 years design experience in architects firms, focusing on large scale public buildings such as commercial and complex projects, within China experience will be priority.
3. With strong sense of responsibility and good team-work spirit. Good command of Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
4. Fluency in English, Chinese will be a plus. Good communication skill and presentation skill.
項(xiàng)目建筑師
1. 建筑學(xué)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷，5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2. 優(yōu)秀的方案創(chuàng)作能力；
3. 具有豐富的建成各類公建和住宅項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)，精通項(xiàng)目從初步設(shè)計(jì)到施工圖設(shè)計(jì)的具體工作，同時(shí)熟悉和各專業(yè)在各階段的配合工作。具備帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成從方案設(shè)計(jì)到施工配合全過(guò)程的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
4. 熟悉國(guó)家及地方的相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范，并具備在方案設(shè)計(jì)中把握規(guī)范的實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
5. 熟練應(yīng)用AutoCad，Sketchup,Photoshop等專業(yè)軟件；
6. 強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心和良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力；
具有國(guó)家一級(jí)注冊(cè)建筑師專業(yè)資質(zhì)，良好的建筑表現(xiàn)及英語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力者優(yōu)先
主創(chuàng)建筑師
1、建筑學(xué)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷；
2、3年以上主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)師工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3、具有較強(qiáng)方案設(shè)計(jì)能力，能夠作為骨干完成項(xiàng)目的方案設(shè)計(jì)工作
4、具有敬業(yè)精神、責(zé)任心以及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
建筑設(shè)計(jì)師
1、本科以上學(xué)歷，建筑學(xué)專業(yè)及相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2、具有二年以上建筑設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3、能進(jìn)行施工圖或方案設(shè)計(jì)；
4、具有良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力；
5、熟練使用AutoCAD Photoshop等相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)軟件；
6、具有敬業(yè)精神、責(zé)任心以及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
助理建筑師
1、建筑及相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷；
2、具有良好的美學(xué)知識(shí)和繪圖等專業(yè)技能；
3、能熟練使用AutoCAD、Photoshop、Sketchup、Illustrator、InDesign 等軟件；
4、具有良好的溝通能力和合作精神，誠(chéng)實(shí)正直、勤奮敬業(yè)。
實(shí)習(xí)生
1．三年以上本專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷.
2．會(huì)使用各類輔助設(shè)計(jì)軟件，具備手繪能力
3．有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)和適應(yīng)能力、溝通能力，良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
