徵才項目與條件
主任建筑師
任職資格：
1、建筑學專業(yè)且從事建筑本專業(yè)設(shè)計工作六年以上；
2、具海外留學或工作經(jīng)驗
3、具有良好的方案設(shè)計及創(chuàng)新能力；
4、熟悉大型公建、住宅及旅游度假項目建筑流程，掌握前期到施工竣工等各個階段的相關(guān)技術(shù)問題；
5、熟悉建筑設(shè)計相關(guān)流程、知識、行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢、各工程專業(yè)技術(shù)、熟練使用相關(guān)的計算機 軟件；
6、熟悉工作流程各階段的相關(guān)配合工作良好的溝通能力、協(xié)調(diào)管理能力；
7、熟悉本地建筑規(guī)范及建筑法規(guī)，具一級注冊建筑師資格；
8、認真、細致、沉穩(wěn)、正直、有工作激情、能夠承受工作壓力，具有較強的團隊合作精神；
9、有類似國際建筑公司工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。
Director Architect:?
Experience/skills:
1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture, min. 6 years architectural design experience.
2. Have foreign study or work experience.
3. Strong architecture conceptual design and creative abilities.
4. Have a good knowledge of working process of large-scale commercials, residential and resorts, and technique issues mastery from pre-design to completion as well.?
5. Know well architectural design process, related knowledge, field development trend, professional skills and proficiency with related computer programs.?
6. Good coordination, communication and management capabilities
7. Familiar with local cods and regulations of building, having registered?architect?qualification.
8. Earnest, thorough, honest, passionate for work, strong team spirit and can perform under pressure.
9. Priority?of?work experience?in?similar international?construction company
建筑師
應(yīng)聘條件：
1. 全日制院校建筑學/城市規(guī)劃專業(yè)本科以上學歷；
2. 3年及以上建筑設(shè)計院工作經(jīng)驗
3. 有濃厚的創(chuàng)新意識，良好的設(shè)計理念和較強的方案設(shè)計及手繪表現(xiàn)能力，徒手表達能力強者為佳；
4. 有極強的敬業(yè)精神、責任心以及團隊合作精神，有較強的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力；
5. 熟練使用AutoCAD、SketchUp、Photoshop等軟件，英文熟練者尤佳。
Architect

5、英語流利能與外籍設(shè)計師直接溝通
室內(nèi)設(shè)計師
1、設(shè)計學專業(yè)本科以上學歷，或此專業(yè)的海外留學人士
2、三年以上全職工作經(jīng)驗，主持或參與過大型項目設(shè)計，作品包含酒店，會所等尤佳
3、熟練操作AutoCAD, 3DMax, Photoshop及其他相關(guān)專業(yè)軟件
4、具有良好的團隊合作精神和溝通交流能力，工作責任心強，對室內(nèi)設(shè)計有高度熱忱者
5、具備英文溝通能力者優(yōu)先
室內(nèi)設(shè)計實習生

效果圖設(shè)計師
1、建筑學專業(yè)本科以上學歷
2、三年以上專業(yè)效果圖設(shè)計及制作工作經(jīng)驗，對建筑外墻材質(zhì)了解， 具備上色技巧及美感
3、熟練操作AutoCAD, 3DMax, Sketch up, Photoshop及其他相關(guān)專業(yè)軟件
4、具有良好的團隊合作精神和溝通交流能力，工作責任心強，能長期穩(wěn)定工作
5、懂英文或西班牙語，能與外籍設(shè)計師直接溝通者尤佳
