This group is named after “HE” in “JIAGU”, which means working in a down-to-earth way.
This group is named after “MU” in “CHUNSHENG”, which is a symbol of vigorous.
HOMOO was founded in 2000. Based on own strength, many doctors and famous professors work together, and we provide a full package of service to the local government, such as urban planning, landscape planning , architecture design and so on.
Our company has passed “ISO9001: 2008 quality control system” attestation, and it is awarded the title of “enterprise of abiding by strictly contract and being trust worthy” by “Shanghai association of Honoring the contract and keeping the promise”. Two projects, which were made in 2008, whose names are “the Practice of Conceptual Planning for Jinghang canal in Jining urban areas”, and “the controlling detailed planning in the community of Software Park, Dongying economic developing zone, and the design of technology park”, got a prize in the selection of Shandong urban planning for the 60th anniversary of the founding of the republic. In addition, “the interior design of Shanxi tower in Shanghai”, this project won a gold medal of People‘s Liberation Army Soldiers. In 2009 Qilu evening paper and the Construction Bureau of Jinan launched a poll to choose the top 70 roads from all the roads in Jinan. Luckily, Shanda road and west road of Jingshi were selected the excellent four roads, and the planning of Shanda road was judged the best one.

1、規(guī)劃二所所長(zhǎng)：（合伙人）1名 HOT
要求：
1）重點(diǎn)大學(xué)城市規(guī)劃專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷；相關(guān)領(lǐng)域八年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有主持和掌控大型城市規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2）項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富，思維縝密，具有豐富的技術(shù)審核與技術(shù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3）擅溝通，具有相應(yīng)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)并富有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，負(fù)責(zé)所在所設(shè)計(jì)工作的安排分配；
4）能準(zhǔn)確把握客戶的需求，熟悉行業(yè)發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)；

要求：
1）重點(diǎn)大學(xué)城市規(guī)劃專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷；相關(guān)領(lǐng)域八年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有主持和掌控大型城市規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2）項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富，思維縝密，具有豐富的技術(shù)審核與技術(shù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3）擅溝通，具有相應(yīng)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)并富有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，負(fù)責(zé)所在所設(shè)計(jì)工作的安排分配；

3、Director of Planners: three candidates (Foreign) HOT
Requirements:
1）master or university degree with major in urban planning and design or relevant professional
2）with strong program ideas and professional skills, with the ability to complete large planning project as a skeleton force
3）more than ten years of working experience of urban planning , with good knowledge of China’s planning parameters
4）with excellent communication and experience in project management
5）with excellent coordination capacity, and ability of team management
6）a prior consideration to candidates with working experience in a large designing institute or high-end design company of China
4、主任規(guī)劃師：3名HOT
要求：
1） 重點(diǎn)大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷,城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)或相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2） 具有較強(qiáng)的方案構(gòu)思及專業(yè)技能，能夠作為骨干完成大型項(xiàng)目的方案規(guī)劃；
3） 具有五年以上城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉國(guó)內(nèi)規(guī)劃相關(guān)規(guī)范；
4） 具有良好的溝通能力,以及項(xiàng)目管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
5） 具有良好的協(xié)調(diào)能力，及團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力；
6） 有大型設(shè)計(jì)院或境外高端設(shè)計(jì)公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并具備相關(guān)專業(yè)職稱者優(yōu)先考慮。
5、項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理（規(guī)劃）：2名HOT
要求：
1）城市規(guī)劃及其它相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷；
2）具有10年以上境內(nèi)或境外大型規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并擔(dān)任主設(shè)計(jì)師以及項(xiàng)目經(jīng)
理職責(zé)；有大型綜合性規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備較強(qiáng)的方案構(gòu)思及專業(yè)技能；
3）能夠承擔(dān)大型規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的工作，具備良好的控制能力；
4）具有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力；
5）有境外學(xué)習(xí)、工作，或外資工作背景者優(yōu)先考慮。
6、城市規(guī)劃師： 5名HOT
要求：
1）重點(diǎn)大學(xué)城市規(guī)劃或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科畢業(yè)，城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)三年以上；
2）具有較強(qiáng)的方案構(gòu)思、城市空間設(shè)計(jì)能力，具有獨(dú)立完成項(xiàng)目的方案設(shè)計(jì)的能力；
3）熟練運(yùn)用AutoCAD、Sketchup、Photoshop等軟件；
4）吃苦耐勞，具有良好的溝通及團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力；
> 景觀所

要求：

Requirements:
1）master or university degree with major in architectonics, environment art and landscape architecture, we give preference to those with some working experience in China
2）more than ten years of working experience of landscape design, two years of working experience of same position in large-scale landscape design company, and as the director of landscape architect, you must be responsible for several big projects
3）with good comprehensive capability, you have successfully designed large comprehensive landscape planning projects, with a strong ability to control the program and project implementation capacity, with international outlook and with a strong grounding in hand-painted
4）with excellent communication and coordination capacity, interpersonal ability, and teamwork ability

4、主任景觀設(shè)計(jì)師： 3名HOT
要求：
1）重點(diǎn)大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷以上，建筑學(xué)、環(huán)境藝術(shù)、風(fēng)景園林等相關(guān)專業(yè)，海外工作和學(xué)習(xí)
經(jīng)驗(yàn)為優(yōu)；
2）12年以上景觀設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，2年大型景觀設(shè)計(jì)公司以上同等職位經(jīng)驗(yàn)，作為主設(shè)計(jì)師主持過多項(xiàng)國(guó)內(nèi)以及國(guó)外大型項(xiàng)目的景觀設(shè)計(jì)；
3）綜合能力強(qiáng)，成功設(shè)計(jì)和操作過大型綜合性景觀規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目，具備很強(qiáng)的方案前期的把控能力和項(xiàng)目實(shí)施能力，有國(guó)際視野以及較強(qiáng)手繪功底；
4）具有優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和人際交流能力。
5、植物及硬質(zhì)鋪裝設(shè)計(jì)師：HOT
要求：
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，園林類專業(yè)；
2.既能做植物設(shè)計(jì)又能畫硬質(zhì)施工圖，相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)二年以上；
3.必須具有審美能力，美術(shù)功底強(qiáng)者優(yōu)先考慮；
4.有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力和溝通、理解能力；
5.熟練掌握Auto CAD、Photoshop等相關(guān)軟件。
> 建筑所
1、建筑師：1名HOT
要求：
1）建筑專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷，五年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2）具有較強(qiáng)的方案設(shè)計(jì)能力、審美及平面設(shè)計(jì)技巧；
3）熟練掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等設(shè)計(jì)類軟件，及Office 系列軟件；熟練運(yùn)用三維模型軟件如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；
4）有大型綜合建筑設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并具備相關(guān)技術(shù)職稱者優(yōu)先考慮。
2、建筑擴(kuò)初施工圖設(shè)計(jì)師HOT
職位介紹：
要求：
1）負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的擴(kuò)初施工；
2）相關(guān)專業(yè)本科畢業(yè)，具備三年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3）參與過大型住宅及公共景觀設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目，熟悉平面圖擴(kuò)初及施工圖深化設(shè)計(jì)；
