Job title I：Senior Project Architect
Job Location：Shanghai
Requirements：
· Bachelor degree in the Architecture, planning discipline
· Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience, preferably having international and
China local projects experience； Strong concept design skill and workshop drawing experience
· Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
· Ability to communicate in English
· Well-versed in Auto CAD, sketchup, Photoshop applications，and preferably good at
freehand sketch
· With enthusiasm in design
職位一：資深項(xiàng)目建筑師
工作地點(diǎn)：上海
任職要求：
1、大學(xué)建筑學(xué)或規(guī)劃專業(yè)畢業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷
2、7年以上國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，較強(qiáng)的方案構(gòu)思及表現(xiàn)能力以及施工圖經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3、較強(qiáng)的溝通和表達(dá)能力
4、英語(yǔ)溝通
5、熟練掌握電腦繪圖軟件(CAD, sketchup, Photoshop) 或有較強(qiáng)的手繪能力，能獨(dú)立完成方案
6、對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)懷有激情
Job title II ：Assistant Project Architect
Job Location：Shanghai
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in the Architecture, planning, Landscape
or relevant discipline
· Strong concept design skill
· Ability to communicate in English or Japanese
· Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
· Well-versed in Auto CAD, sketchup, Photoshop applications，and preferably good at
freehand sketch
· With enthusiasm in design
職位二：助理項(xiàng)目建筑師
工作地點(diǎn)：上海
任職要求：
1、大學(xué)建筑學(xué)或規(guī)劃、景觀等相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷
2、較強(qiáng)的方案構(gòu)思及表現(xiàn)能力

· English is required, Japanese is better

1、建筑工程或建筑管理類本科學(xué)歷
