誠聘職位
規(guī)劃師/城市設(shè)計師/項目經(jīng)理（2-3名）
1、城市規(guī)劃或建筑設(shè)計專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷，三年以上工作經(jīng)驗；
2、具有較強的方案構(gòu)思與空間尺度把握能力，對城市設(shè)計要素有一定見解，能夠獨立完成方案設(shè)計；
3、熟練運用AutoCAD、天正、Sketch-up、Photoshop等軟件；
4、工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，具有高度的敬業(yè)精神、團隊協(xié)作意識與項目管理控制能力；
5、基礎(chǔ)英文會話能力；
6、具有國家注冊規(guī)劃師資格，或有國外學(xué)習(xí)生活背景者優(yōu)先。
規(guī)劃研究顧問/項目經(jīng)理（2-3名）
1、經(jīng)濟學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷，三年以上項目咨詢與策劃經(jīng)驗；
2、具有基本的空間尺度感，對城市設(shè)計體系有一定了解；
3、熟練運用Powerpoint、Photoshop、Coreindraw等軟件；
4、工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，具有高度的敬業(yè)精神、團隊協(xié)作意識與項目管理控制能力；
5、基礎(chǔ)英文會話能力；
6、具有空間規(guī)劃項目經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
助理規(guī)劃師/助理城市設(shè)計師（3-5名）
1、城市規(guī)劃或建筑設(shè)計專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷，一至兩年工作經(jīng)驗；
2、具有扎實的規(guī)劃出圖能力，熟悉國家相關(guān)規(guī)劃規(guī)范，熟練掌握從總體規(guī)劃到詳細(xì)規(guī)劃各階段的規(guī)劃編制工作；
3、熟練運用AutoCAD、天正、Sketch-up、Photoshop等軟件；
4、工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，具有高度的敬業(yè)精神與團隊協(xié)作意識，基礎(chǔ)英文會話能力；
5、具有國家注冊規(guī)劃師資格，或有國外學(xué)習(xí)生活背景者優(yōu)先。
景觀規(guī)劃師/設(shè)計師（3-5名）
1、環(huán)境藝術(shù)、風(fēng)景園林專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷，三年以上工作經(jīng)驗；
2、較強的方案設(shè)計能力與手繪表達(dá)能力，能夠獨立完成規(guī)劃、詳細(xì)設(shè)計及初步、施工圖設(shè)計，熟悉現(xiàn)場施工方法；
3、熟練運用AutoCAD、Sketch-up、Photoshop相關(guān)等軟件；
4、工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，具有高度的敬業(yè)精神與團隊協(xié)作意識，基礎(chǔ)英文會話能力；
5、具有相關(guān)職業(yè)資格，或有國外學(xué)習(xí)生活背景者優(yōu)先。
