Master Planning Leader 城市規(guī)劃部總監(jiān) – (Shanghai)
The Master Planning Leader will be responsible for:
· Be a committed and imaginative designer, from an architectural/Master Planning/Urban Design background with proven multi-disciplinary skills.
· Working from concept design through to quality presentation stage.
· Interaction with clients, meetings and presentations.
· Leading and monitoring architectural design team.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
· At least 10 years experience and will have worked on high profile International Master Planning/Urban Design projects.
· Be equally adept functioning hands-on or in a team leader role in presentations, design development, and production of Master Planning/Urban Design projects.
· Possess a high level of visual and verbal skill, and a high level of freehand and rendering skills.
· Have the ability to mentor team members.
· Have proficiency using AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
· Have an advantage if possess skills in the following areas: Drawing, 3-D Studio Max, Revit and illustrating.

Senior Designer 資深設(shè)計(jì)師 - (Shanghai)
The Senior Designer will work in the architecture studio on large, high end and custom design projects, providing design leadership by giving clients an excellent service both on design and delivery, continually provide design solutions, improving design quality, represent Gensler architecture design to clients and the design community, mentoring designers in their careers and working profitably for the firm.
The Senior Designer will be responsible for:
· Interaction with clients, meetings and presentations.
· Develop Programming, consulting, strategic planning, conceptual designs, space planning, presentations, design development, and production.
· Leading and monitoring architectural design team.
· Develop and be responsible for projects budgets.
· Coordinate with technical team.

Project Architect項(xiàng)目建筑師 – (Shanghai)
Manages, organizes and coordinates project teams and team assignments to complete architectural projects, responsible for ensuring that production of construction documents are in concert with design intent, responsible for project schedules and budgets. Resolves complex technical/design issues and provides guidance to team. Coordinates activity and communication between project team and other disciplines. Primary project types should include: commercial, mixed-use / retail and higher education. Full knowledge of architectural principles / practices.
The Project Architect will be responsible for:
· Organizing and managing project teams and team assignments
· Coordination with LDI and client during all phases to ensure production of contract documents are aligned with design intent
· Full coordination between teams and projects
· Managing project timelines and schedules
· Resolution of complex technical and design issues as they arise
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
· At least 12-15 years professional experience.
· A licensed Architect registered either by Chinese or overseas government will be an advantage.
· Knowledge of Chinese building codes, standards and structures
· Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, and the ability to work well with a team
· Computer skills should include AutoCad, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp. 3DMax and Revit is a plus.
· Strong leadership abilities and the ability to manage teams and projects

Curtain Wall Project Architect 幕墻建筑師 - (Shanghai)
The Curtain Wall Project Architect will be responsible for:
· Be responsible for all of the technical aspects of the project during all phases from conceptual design through construction documentation and construction administration.
· Good knowledge of glass and its performance.
· Good knowledge of the curtain wall framing, its material and installation.
· Understand the structural support system in coordination with structural engineers and curtain wall consultant.
· Comprehend the environment system in related to curtain wall system and to advise engineers for building system in mechanical, electrical, fire & life safety.
· Has to grasp the shop drawings of curtain wall and to check out visual & performance mockup based on specification.
· Be able to use software for curtain wall system design.
· Deep knowledge of curtain wall system requirement by codes and design criteria in China and international codes.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
· 15 years experience and be a licensed architect.
· Requires strong exterior building envelope and interiors detailing experience along with strong construction administration and specification writing experience
· Knowledge of Chinese building codes, standards and structures
· Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English with engineers and contractors.
· Familiarity with development, implementation and monitoring of QA/QC processes is a plus.
· Must be team oriented with a passion for mentoring and teaching.

Senior Graphic Designer 資深平面設(shè)計(jì)師 - (Shanghai)
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for:
· Working with Gensler’s Design Director and Junior Graphic Designers to develop strategies for, create, develop and further execute the following；
· Strong conceptual skills that can be extended to 2-D, 3-D and digital applications for corporate, academic and retail environments；
· Strong understanding of the built environment with experience designing and executing graphic design, communications and signage projects into interiors, architectural and master plan concepts；
· Responsible for project design activities including conceptual design, design presentations, design development, documentation and fabrication；
· Works closely with design teams and mentors junior designers throughout all phases of the design and documentation process；
· Manages the design process from conceptualization through fabrication (or print production) while maintaining budget and schedule constraints；
· Works directly with clients, consultants, and/or fabricators；
· Conduct design analysis or “visioning” exercises, communicating with clients, vendors and creative teams；
· Corporate identity, brand positioning and writing a plus.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
Design Experience
· Degree in Graphic Design or related field from accredited institution；
· 8 – 10 years progressively demanding professional experience in design industry；
· Ability to coordinate all phases of a design project: strategy, conceptual design, design development, documentation and implementation；
· Extensive experience designing and executing environmental graphic design and signage programs for built environments (retail, master plans, architectural, etc.)；
· Sensibility to typography and information design.
Technical Knowledge
· Proficiency with multiple design software applications to best communicate design solutions in client presentations and integrate with other software platforms used by Gensler (CAD, Revit, Sketch-up)；

· 1-3 years related experience in an architectural firm.
