招聘職位：
1. Business Development Manager / Officer (Beijing/Shanghai/Shenzhen)
Responsibilities:
- Report to Managing Director；
- Coordinate and liaise with Client on contract terms and conditions；
- Administer daily enquiry and follow up the orders with clients；
- Maintain relationship with client and develop business；
- Provide technical and coordination support to the project team；
- Coordinate work with Managing Director and Project teams on project negotiations；
- Follow up with clients on China Taxation issues；
- Any other duties as assigned by Managing Director.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holders preferably in the field of Building Industry；
- 5 years or more relevant experience in contract preparation and negotiation with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory level；
- Knowledge and experience in building or related industry would be an advantage；
- Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English；
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills；
- Proficiency in PC software, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Chinese word processing；
- Experience in ISO system would be an advantage；
- A good team player who are responsible, mature and able to work under pressure；
- Willing to travel；
- Applicants with less experience will be considered as Business Development Officer.

2. 項目經(jīng)理（北京/上海/成都/杭州/深圳）
工作職責：
作為香港項目經(jīng)理/設(shè)計師以及國內(nèi)項目甲方、施工方之間的主要聯(lián)絡(luò)人，并負責相關(guān)項目管理工作。確保項目從初始階段至完成階段項目施工現(xiàn)場溝通及管理的準確性及完整性。
工作要求：
- 本科或以上學歷，畢業(yè)于景觀設(shè)計、建筑或其它相關(guān)專業(yè) ；
- 必須具備豐富的景觀工程軟/硬景施工相關(guān)管理和指導經(jīng)驗；
- 必須具備5年以上項目管理之工作經(jīng)驗；
- 必須有景觀設(shè)計公司工作經(jīng)驗；
- 具有責任感和積極主動的工作態(tài)度，做事認真細心；
- 能獨立把控項目，且能適應(yīng)在高強度及壓力下工作；
- 具備良好英語能力，可以就日常工作與外籍設(shè)計師直接溝通者優(yōu)先考慮；
- 能應(yīng)付因工作需要而經(jīng)常出差或加班者優(yōu)先考慮；
- 有外資設(shè)計公司工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。

3.設(shè)計總監(jiān)助理（深圳）
工作要求：
- 直接協(xié)助設(shè)計總監(jiān)，跟進其在中國內(nèi)地的項目事宜；
- 本科學歷，植物設(shè)計、景觀設(shè)計、工程管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)，有海外留學經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮；
- 具備至少3年以上景觀設(shè)計或項目管理經(jīng)驗；熟悉北方植物者優(yōu)先考慮；
- 有外資設(shè)計公司工作背景，以及操流利英文者優(yōu)先考慮；
- 須經(jīng)常出差、陪同設(shè)計總監(jiān)參加客戶會議，撰寫會議紀要、設(shè)計描述等，必要時需做項目匯報；
- 須與本地及外籍設(shè)計人員溝通交流，具豐富項目跟進及協(xié)調(diào)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮；
- 具有良好的處理壓力及解決問題的能力；

4. 軟景設(shè)計師（北京/深圳）
工作職責：
- 負責軟景設(shè)計方案和擴初施工圖設(shè)計，能表現(xiàn)項目總體設(shè)計風格。
- 苗木甄選，幷為現(xiàn)場提供種植施工指導，以及監(jiān)督施工單位是否按照我司設(shè)計標準施工。
工作要求：
- 本科或以上學歷，園林類專業(yè)畢業(yè)；
- 必須具備5年相關(guān)軟景設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗；
- 必須熟悉北方植物及苗木市場行情，同時也了解華中，華南區(qū)域植物者優(yōu)先考慮；
- 有豐富的植物配置設(shè)計經(jīng)驗，及一定的項目跟進協(xié)調(diào)經(jīng)驗；
- 能獨立繪制軟景施工圖（手圖或CAD圖均可）；
- 具良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)及理解能力，能夠靈活處理問題，學習能力強；
- 有外資設(shè)計公司工作背景優(yōu)先考慮；
- 掌握植物拉丁名稱者優(yōu)先考慮；
- 須經(jīng)常出差。

5. Operation Officer (Shenzhen)
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Director of PMO；
- Provide project operations support by managing the day-to-day activities, monitoring the daily operations of the project teams and reporting to PMO；
- Handle the project schedules and follow up the on-going project progress and up-coming projects to be started on time；
- Monitor the internal project schedules in order to meet with the external deadlines and arrange resources to maximize the efficiency and quality of the end product；
- Provide timely reports and analysis, in the areas of project schedules, master program, and project complexity etc；
- Provide guidance for the Project Teams to ensure the projects are conducted in compliance with the Team Operation Procedure and ISO requirements so as to ensure internal business controls are in place and operating effectively；
- To ensure the effectiveness of flow of between all design offices and coordinate with the weekly project status in other related offices；
- To conduct survey with clients on company performance through periodical telephone calls. Report and update PMO on current status.
Requirements:
- Degree holders in Business Administration or related disciplines；
- 3 years or above relevant experience in Operation management field or equivalent；
- Self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently under pressure and perform multi-task；
- Strong PC skill in MS office；
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin, with Cantonese preferable；
- With relevant experience gained from sizable or multi-national companies is preferable；
- Well-versed in ISO Requirements is a plus；
- Willing to travel；
- Immediate availability preferred

6. 施工工程師（杭州/深圳）
工作要求：
- 大專或以上學歷，畢業(yè)于建筑設(shè)計、工民建、園林設(shè)計或其他相關(guān)專業(yè)；
- 具備至少3年或以上之園林景觀工程管理，園建施工和設(shè)計，施工統(tǒng)籌聯(lián)絡(luò)及材料審批等相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；
- 具良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力， 具監(jiān)督施工現(xiàn)場進度和質(zhì)量之經(jīng)驗，確保承建商之工作達到施工標準及要求；
- 具軟硬景施工監(jiān)督經(jīng)驗，有軟景施工和軟景設(shè)計經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
- 熟練掌握CAD繪圖操作者優(yōu)先；
- 操流利普通話，如懂英語或粵語可優(yōu)先考慮；
- 具責任感丶成熟及主動的工作態(tài)度；
- 需經(jīng)常出差。

7. 工程統(tǒng)籌（深圳）
工作要求：
- 本科或以上學歷，畢業(yè)于建筑設(shè)計丶景觀設(shè)計丶工程管理丶或其他相關(guān)專業(yè)；景觀設(shè)計專業(yè)者優(yōu)先考慮；
- 具備至少3年或以上之項目管理統(tǒng)籌及聯(lián)絡(luò)等相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；
- 熟練掌握計算機繪圖操作，有豐富景觀設(shè)計經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮；
- 操流利普通話，如懂英語可優(yōu)先考慮；
- 具良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力；
