Lemanarc SA, which can date back to Delta7 Architectural Design Office founded by Mr.Fredy Pfister in 1970 in Lausanne, Switzerland, merged Leman Consulting into Leman Architectes in 2000.And in 2008, it officially changed its name as Lemanarc SA. Lemanarc SA is currently looking for highly-motivated, detail-oriented, and design-driven individuals to join our Shanghai station.
Architecture Designer 建筑設計師 - Shanghai
Qualifications:
1. Major in Architecture, Bachelor Degree or above.
2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably having overseas study or working experience in an international design firm.
3. Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English. French or German will be a plus.
4. Excellent command of Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office. Microsoft Project will be a plus.
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Good team-work spirit. Strong sense of personal responsibility and services consciousness.
Urban Designer 規(guī)劃設計師 - Shanghai
Qualifications:
1. Major in Urban Design or Urban Planning, Bachelor Degree or above.
2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably having overseas study or working experience in an international design firm.
3. Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English. French or German will be a plus.
4. Good command of Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office. Microsoft Project will be a plus.

Qualifications:
1. Major in architecture, urban design or landscape design, Bachelor degree or above.
2. To be strong at conceptual design and related professional skills.

4. Good leadership skills .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluent in written and spoken English. French or German will be a plus.
6. Good command of Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office .Microsoft Project will be a plus.
Intern Architect 建筑實習生 - Shanghai
Qualifications:
1. Major in architect, excellent fresh graduate or university student of fifth year.
2. Love architecture, Strong sense of personal responsibility.
3. Fluent in written and spoken English. With the ability to communicate with foreign architects.
4. Good command of Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
